Yes, most of our sarees come with a matching or contrast unstitched blouse piece, which is usually attached to the end of the saree. The blouse piece length is typically mentioned in the product description.
However, for certain handwoven or vintage sarees, the blouse piece may not be included. We always specify this clearly in each product listing — so please check the details before placing your order.

Order
Yes, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across most locations in India. You can select this option at checkout.
Please note: COD may not be available for certain pin codes or for orders above a specific value. In such cases, we recommend choosing a prepaid option for a smooth checkout experience.
Yes, you can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped, whichever is earlier. To request a cancellation, please contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number.
Once the order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible. For prepaid orders, the refund (if applicable) will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

Our customer support team is available Monday to Friday, 10 AM – 6 PM (IST). We usually respond within 24 hours.
We offer limited customisations and minor alterations on select products — such as adjusting blouse piece length, adding falls and pico, or making small changes to kurtas or dresses (where possible).
While we don’t provide full-scale tailoring or made-to-measure options, we’re happy to accommodate small requests whenever feasible. Just reach out to us on WhatsApp before placing your order, and we’ll let you know what’s possible.
Return/Exchange
We accept returns and exchanges for most products if initiated within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags intact.
To request a return or exchange, please contact us on WhatsApp or email with your order details. Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup where available.
Please note:
- Customised or altered items are not eligible for return/exchange.
- Refunds (if applicable) are processed as store credit or to the original payment method within 5–7 working days, after the returned product is received at our warehouse and passes quality check (QC).

Once approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where serviceable). After we receive the product and it passes our quality check, we’ll process your refund or dispatch the replacement.
