Return, Exchanges and Refund policy

We are committed to ensuring our customers’ satisfaction and happiness. We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy, subject to the terms outlined below and our Terms of Use. This Policy explains the process for returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds for products purchased from our website.


Returns & Eligibility

We want you to be completely delighted with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied, you may return eligible items within 7 days from the date of delivery, provided the conditions mentioned below are met.

  • No returns will be accepted beyond 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • International orders are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Products marked as “Not Returnable” or “Not Exchangeable” are not eligible.

  • Products purchased from offline stores or third-party platforms are not eligible for return or exchange through this website.

Conditions for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.

  • Original tags and packaging must be intact.
    (Items with missing or damaged tags will not be accepted)

  • Returns must be initiated from the same address where the order was delivered.


Exchange Policy

  • Only one-time exchange is allowed per order.

  • Exchanges are allowed within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Products can be exchanged for any other product available on the Sutra Clothing website.

  • Sale and offer products are eligible for exchange only and not for return.

  • All conditions mentioned under the Return Policy must be met for an exchange.

After an exchange, customers will still have the option to initiate a return (except for sale/offer items).


How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

You can initiate a return or exchange through:

  • The Return & Exchange portal, or

  • The Order History section in your account (for registered users), or

  • By initiating a chat on WhatsApp: +91-8800923049 and following the return/exchange flow


Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled only if they have not been dispatched.

  • If the order is already packed or shipped, cancellation will not be possible.

  • Partial cancellation of orders is not allowed; the entire order must be cancelled.

We reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion due to technical issues, stock limitations, or circumstances beyond our control.


Refunds

  • Once a returned product is received, it will undergo a quality check.

  • Upon successful verification, refunds will be processed within 7 working days to the original payment method.

  • Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

If a returned or exchanged product fails the quality check, the item will be sent back to the customer and the request will be rejected.
