Eligibility for Returns/Exchange

• Customers are eligible for a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.

• Exchange is applicable only on ready-made blouses listed on the website.

• International orders are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Products Not Eligible for Return/Exchange

• Products on which fall and pico services have been availed.

• Any items that have been customised, altered, or tailored as per customer request.

• Products that are used, worn, or without original tags/packaging.

Return Conditions

• The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Returns/exchanges will not be accepted if the product shows any signs of usage, damage, or alteration.

Initiating a Return/Exchange

• To request a return or exchange, kindly contact our customer support team at support@sutraclothing.in with your order number and reason for return.

• Once your request is approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Inspection & Refund Process

• After receiving the returned item, our quality check team will inspect it.

• If it meets the return conditions, a refund will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method.

• Sutra reserves the right to decline a refund or exchange if the product does not meet the return requirements.

Cancellations

• Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, the return policy will apply.
