Domestic Shipping

We strive to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Here's a breakdown of our domestic shipping process:

Processing Time:

  • In-stock Sarees: Processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

  • Kurta Sets, Dresses, Tops, Shirts, Blouses, and Cord-sets: These are made-to-order and will be processed within up to 5 business days.

  • Important Note: Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Time:

  • Typically, deliveries take between 3 to 5 business days (minimum) and may take up to 15 to 20 business days(maximum), depending on the destination and courier partner.

Shipping Costs:

  • Standard Shipping: Free across India.

  • Express Shipping: Charges may apply, depending on the product type, weight, and delivery location. For more details or to inquire about express shipping, please contact our team before placing an order.

Shipping Carrier:
We partner with trusted carriers such as Bluedart and Delhivery to ensure fast and secure delivery of your domestic orders.

International Shipping

We are excited to offer international shipping to our global customers. Here’s how it works:

Processing Time:

  • Orders are processed within up to 5 business days for international shipments.

Shipping Time:

  • International shipping generally takes between 15 to 20 business days, depending on the destination country and the chosen courier service.

Shipping Costs:

  • International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on order weight, destination, and any applicable taxes and duties.

  • Free international shipping is available on orders above INR 20,000 (or equivalent in local currency).

Customs Duties and Taxes:

  • Please note that customs duties, taxes, and import fees may be imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and are payable upon delivery.

Shipping Carrier:
International orders are shipped via trusted partners such as DHL, EMS, Delhivery International, or other reliable logistics providers to ensure timely and secure delivery.
