All customers are eligible for a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for their orders."Privi members” enjoy an extended 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.

Exchange offer is exclusively applicable to ready-made blouses on the website.

International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Return Conditions:

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

Any products that have been customised or altered as per the customer's request are not eligible for Returns/Exchange.

Initiating a Return/Exchange:

International orders are not eligible for returns or refunds.
